I had to go through a few different caregiver agencies until I found synergy. It was difficult but worth the wait because synergy is amazing. They are personal professional, very polite and they have a super personal touch and meeting your needs with just the right caregiver who I finally have now after about 5 months of frustration with other caregiving agencies that shouldn't even be in business. I highly recommend synergy !!!You should be just fine with them. Good luck!! Here is a picture of me and my caregiver. Lisa from synergy. She is downright perfect and taken care of me showing she cares and taking care of my home which is always spotless now because of her.

Recently I needed care for my daughter. It was a very last minute request. I was very happy when pst Carol, the owner reached out that Elizabeth was coming to take care of my daughter. Elizabeth provided great care and kept her engaged with crafts and later took her to the park. When my daughter was napping, Elizabeth offered to help me with kitchen chores as I was also not feeling well. This was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend caregivers at Synergy of Tualatin.!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I am so pleased with their professionalism, respect, communication and compassion. This was my first experience with a home care team and they were fantastic! My dad needed some in home care after a fall and Yvette was his "wash" lady. She was always on time, respectful of his privacy and a great conversationalist! I will definitely use them again when the time comes.
