I have used them multiple times and they have been great. Special call out to the admin Dianna for being flexible with the timings and taking last minute requests. While most caregivers are great but few (like Aurora, Rachel) stood out for their excellent care for our little ones.

We have been extremely pleased with Synergy Home Care. Synergy is attentive, reliable, and most of all caring. My mother needed in-home care after fracturing her hip. Synergy was wonderful. The caregiver was thoughtful, kind and bent over backwards to help ease my mother‘s worries. I have been using a home health caregiver for months now for my father who has been ill. The team is amazing and always so flexible. Every time I’ve made a scheduling request or any request, I’ve received nothing but the best timely service and communication. The staff is experienced and great to work with. Without the Synergy staff, I don’t know where we would be as they have helped our family tremendously and this will be the only agency I’ve ever encountered that delivers quality service and staff. Thank you for the AMAZING Service you have given to my dad and my entire family. My dad has developed such a bond with his caregiver and I couldn’t ask for anything else!
