Both of our parents have been at Syncare for about 9 months now. Our family could not be more grateful to have found this amazing home. The entire staff is excellent, and the care they have for the residents is incredibly apparent. Ann, the owner, is wonderful to work with. Our parents each have their own separate complex health concerns, and Ann has gone above and beyond in making sure their needs are met. She prioritizes their autonomy in a time when life has taken so much of it away, and has collaborated so well with my siblings and me. There is no "good enough" to Ann, as she has worked tirelessly to continually improve their quality of life. Over the last 4 years, our parents have experienced both home health care and facility based care in two different states with multiple agencies and organizations, and we can safely say that Syncare is in a category all by itself.
