I personally can't thank the staff at Symphony Northwoods enough. The nursing staff and the therapy department and the wound care staff were amazing at taking care of my sister . When I brought her to them we had been told by another facility that she wouldn't be able to do much of anything by herself ever again including walking, so I choose to move her closer to me and put her at Northwoods. Within the 5 months my sister was there, they had her up and going and in the process of healing. My sister is currently home doing great things on her own again, including walking, driving and just living and caring for herself. They not only helped my sister but supported us every step of the way. It's awesome to have my sister back . Thank you again symphony Northwoods staff for truly caring..

My mom was in here.. WORST place ever... I've seen doggie day cares treat animals better. They don't care about anyone or anything, to them it's just a job... also my moms wedding ring was stolen right off her finger. Never to be returned.. if you care about your loved one's find another place to put them!!!

My dad had a stroke and it affected his left side so he needed to go for rehab to learn how to do everything with right hand since he was left handed. Well after he got transferred there i went there and everyone seemed nice and polite. After a week of going you get to see the real people and how they work. It took them forever to come in and change him. But when they did come in they had an attitude cause they had to change him. They took him to rehab 2 times otherwise he laid in his bed all day and night. He had a roommate who couldn't walk. I never seen anyone come in and change him or get him out of bed. The room smelled so bad. Remind you i was there everyday for 4 to 5 hours. I felt so bad for the guy and my dad. My dad wanted to go home cause he said I can lay in bed at home. So he told the nurse he was going home Well she went and got the big boss of the place and he told my dad your never leaving here. Well I can in the next day and my dad was crying i asked him what was wrong and he told me. Right there i called my husband and told him I need you and your brother up here tomorrow at 10 cause I'm taking my dad out of here. Well since he was leaving without dr approval they told my dad they will not help him get dressed or out to the car. We couldn't even use their wheelchair so I brought one. I would never let anyone that I know go there. Their there for a paycheck.
