Anam Glen is an assisted living campus offering advanced memory care for persons with dementia in Rockford, Illinois. The community is locally owned and operated, representing Rockford's only independent assisted living facilities focused on memory care. Its memory program, refined through 35 years of experience, received "Special Care" distinction from the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Anam partners with Satori Pathway Healthcare consultants to provide families with guidance based on five decades of expertise in senior healthcare and financing. The facility operates on a private-pay basis and is not Medicare or Medicaid eligible, though staff work to help families identify financial resources for care.

The physical environment features a home-like setting with a rectangular layout designed to help residents navigate, secure outdoor patios with fencing, and common living areas. The community encourages resident interaction through meals, activities, and socialization rather than isolation in rooms.
