my mom was there was mortified when i went there to see where my family had sent my mom to this place! it stunk, poor old people setting all over by the nurse station looking like they are o. there last days false teeth nearly hanging out as they are asleep … not a very good site for someone coming to visit a loved one! Dark dingy very dated rooms. My mom broke her leg only weeks after she was there!! was made aware she had been moved to another home ! i was glad but i also was told the nursing home had Bed Bugs! i only hope where ever they sent her now is better!

I was in visiting a loved one.....the woman sitting in a recliner next to us was trying to get up and I could tell she was unsteady and may fall.....I looked around for help and there was no staff...I had my daughter stay with the woman to keep her from getting up and falling. I found the staff sitting outside smoking and when I asked for help one lady threw her cigarette down and was visibly upset. She came inside to the woman....very aggressively kicked the recliner into sitting position...quite literally snatched the woman from her chair and moved her to the couch.....by the way the woman was saturated with her own urine which was not taken care of. This was a disgusting display and this employee and facility should be embarrassed.

Multiple falls in a week and an undetected infection and now a trip to the hospital for a loved one. Unacceptable.

I can not even believe some of these reviews. My Mother's care has been terrible the last 2 years and the only way it has improved is by me being there daily! Her room and bathroom are dirty. Took me 3 hours to finally clean it myself. I found trash under her bed, behind her chair . Nightshift does nothing for the residents. I suggest finding somewhere else for your loved one. Every day is a battle to get her cared for ! Heartbreaking to think what is happening to those without family to visit! Some of the staff are good, but that is few and far between. The food is not good either.
