I live at the facility and the higher up never has time for anyone except for a few people who act out but those who do well we are left out

My child is stuck in this facility every single time I try to call her the phone rings and rings and rings if someone does pick up the sound rude on the phone even when I am polite just asking to be transferred to the hall that she is in if I actually managed to get through I'm told that my daughter isn't available and will call me back I wait for a call back that never comes. This facility needs to be re-evaluated that's for sure! The guardian that put her in here definitely needs to be looked into. My child is not being seen by doctors and every time I speak with her she's crying on the phone complaining of pain complaining that she is constantly tired begging and pleading with me to come home she never gets out of the facility she never gets to go and do anything she is stuck in a place that she cannot stand! Before anybody starts complaining and saying well why don't you just get her out I have tried it is not as simple as you would think. They got a grip on her like you wouldn't freaking believe she's a paycheck! It's amazing if you even get through to anybody the funds are constantly ringing when somebody eventually does pick up their rude as hell. I couldn't imagine having to live in a place like this it's absolutely ridiculous

When I first got here, I went to tiger lane. It was not pleasant. I felt like I was in a basement. I had no access to staff( like social workers or administration staff). I spent 2 months down there. Then got moved to 300 hall. Much better up here. It's clean and I now have access to staff. The food still needs to improve though.

Horrible place, under funded, no rehabilitation what so ever, there's drugs everywhere, completely dirty at all times, violent residents, locked up units, worse than a prison. No help whatsoever, under bad ownership that don't care. State board is investigating that place weekly.

You tell me how this place is still open why they have not learned you can't play goody and then after the state leave back to the same. The staff takes to the residents like they are animals. They staff will let patients sleep past meal time. Resident have poor hygiene. What does the staff do all day set be lazy. I have visited this place and it is horrible. Allowed residents get beat up they should be pressing charges on the residents for attacking other people and harming them. Since this is state run then when do they get off the chair and do something. You all suck at your job. I have seen the bruises left on my child and it better not happen again because I will press charges staff and all.
