Staff does not respect patients. Food is not good. I was in there in November and it was a family stay. This time it was not like that. Staff was not professional. I was not told they had COVID.

I just want to give a nigh thank you to the staff here my sister had excellent care and was loved by all. She passed away last night and the nurses and CNA’s showed her amazing care and kept her dignity. I would recommend family’s putting their loved ones here. A special thank you to Rachel Penny Carrie Tika Julia and Christy and Dathan for such great care and to the CNA’s last night Brittany and Eric she loved you both thanks for exceptional care. I’m forever grateful

The staff at Swannanoa nursing home is very caring and hands on. The PT team helped my Father get his strength back in only a few weeks. They have fun activities for the patients and provide a Family atmosphere. I highly recommend !

Rehab can be tough but it helps to have good place to be like Swannanoa Valley Health where wonderful people work hard every day to make it just as good as they can. PT and OT is top notch. CNAs work very hard to keep you comfortable. Administration isost supportive and thoughtful in their care. You can't go wrong staying here after surgery requires it. I would takey over one here to get better

Everyone who worked there really cared about the well being of our mother who was getting treated there. I think the people are the most important and practically everyone I've met at this facility has been very kind and treated their patients with loving care. The facility is very clean, the food service options have been great, and is very secure. It is an excellent short and long term option for your loved ones.
