Kelsey is a wonderful aide. She is helpful, kind, thoughtful, and is always willing to help. She drives me everywhere and is a great driver. I feel so blessed to have her.

We recently had Lisa from Home Instead care for my father who had cancer. From the moment we met her, she was, kind, professional and friendly. She covered the night shift and my dad felt immediately comfortable with her, which was wonderful. She did three shifts with my dad and was with all of us when he peacefully passed away, providing comfort, compassion and offering to help in any way. I can’t say enough about Lisa and Home Instead. From my first meeting with Kim and Carissa to the very end, it was a wonderful experience and I’m so grateful to them for making this transition a little easier. If you are looking for a compassionate, caring company and caregiver, do not hesitate to call Home Instead.

Home Instead has been extremely helpful with my mother! Even when we have to make last minute requests, they are usually able to accommodate us. One of my favorite caregivers is Sam (Samantha). She brings such a great energy and work ethic to everything she does that I am always happy when she shows up at the house! I would also like to compliment Rubi, who is our current caregiver. She works non-stop and is sweet and kind and takes great care of my mother. I would love to have both of these women come and care for my mom any time, and would 100% recommend them to anyone unreservedly!

Home Instead has come through for my family on short notice. Many other companies I contacted never even got back to me. The workers kept my mother safe. They also cooked and did light cleaning and laundry. I recommend them whole heartedly and will use them again at some time in the future when my private caregivers cannot make a shift. UPDATE: In April 2023 I had cause to use Home Instead again. They provided great care givers in a timely fashion. It was such a relief for me. I highly recommend them.
