I have lived here for over 3 years. For $225 monthly we have received a complete updated clubhouse. We have games, bingo nights, parties, social events. It’s a great place to live.<br><br>To answer the comment that I posted $225 monthly Association fees yes that was correct when I posted it. We now pay $285 a month and yes it is $60 but if you would do some research and check out all the other community you’ll see that we were one of the lowest increases in all the communities. Everything has gone up everywhere if you want to keep this community, looking good and keep up with all the amenities yes, the fees have to increase at some point.<br><br>ITS STILL A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE🫶

Once upon a time, it was a nice place to live.<br><br>Three years ago, someone posted on here that the fees were $225 per month. Not any more. They've gone up to $285... an increase of $60 in those three years.<br><br>What do we get for that extra $60?<br><br>Reduced garbage collection... from twice a week, to just once per week, inviting foul smells and vermin into our homes. That second day would cost just over $1.00 per month, per home. Wonder how much pest control will cost.<br><br>A management company that is listed in the budget as charging us $25,000 more this year, than last. Yet, no one is able to fully articulate where that extra money is going.<br><br>A board that promised transparency when they were running for office, but is very tight-lipped when asked questions, often saying that they've already answered, when they haven't. They are also intent on roaming the grounds, looking for 'infractions' to fine, including one person I was told about, who was in the process of moving in. What a welcome!<br><br>No, I do not recommend Surrey Downs, NJ.
