For those suffering from diseases like Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other degenerative conditions, life can be difficult as it is. However, this doesn't even take into account the amount of stress and hardship that these diseases causes a patient's family. Relatives have to worry about whether their loved ones are receiving the care they need, which can be incredibly distressing as well as time-consuming.

At Sunny Place of Stockton, we recognize that no two individuals are the same. And while that’s an obvious statement, many facilities persist with cookie-cutter solutions for everyone. As part of our mission, we’re here to assist you with any help or services that you may need. Most importantly, we’ll help find you a “Home Caregiver” or other supplemental services for when you return home.
