From the moment we walked through the doors, the atmosphere felt welcoming, clean, and organized. The team here doesn't just deliver great physical care and therapy—they truly take the time to know their patients on a personal level. When my mom first arrived, Jan, the Director of Resident Care, was right there to welcome us and even gave us her personal phone number so we could reach out anytime. She made sure all of our mom's needs were communicated directly to the team, who stayed on top of her care plans and therapy goals every step of the way. Naturally, my siblings and I were anxious about sending our mom to a nursing home, but the staff put us at ease by sending daily updates during her first week. Throughout her entire stay, the team remained accessible, compassionate, and ready to guide us through everything.

I was recently put in the position of being the responsible party for my mother’s care, and the admissions paperwork was completely overwhelming for me and I was panicking about how to get it all done. Transferring a loved one from a hospital to a skilled nursing facility is incredibly overwhelming, but Jan, the Director of Business Development, completely put our minds at ease. I honestly don’t even know where to start with how amazing the clinical team and social services department have been. When my dad’s health suddenly took a turn and he needed a much higher level of care, everyone stepped right up. The nurses, medical director, and social workers were completely in sync—keeping us in the loop, monitoring him closely, and handling all the stressful logistics. They worked together seamlessly to get him safely moved to a Long-Term Care Hospital that could handle his new needs. In a really scary moment, their teamwork was an absolute blessing for our family.
