My mom lives there. It used to be a great low income for seniors and it's went up from the $550 to $800 and it's supposed to go up to $2,000 soon. And I've noticed a lot of the seniors are leaving because no one can afford it anymore. So it's not low income apartments. It's a luxury apartment and if you're not wealthy your out.

Sungate Villa II Senior Community I just moved in an apartment here Feb. 1st 2023, going on 3 months now. It's a very Friendly place to live. I love it here so much. And I love my Apartment Manager Debra. I haven't lived in an apartment for 40 years. Always a house. I love this place. The apartments are a good size for 1 bedroom. I have almost 800 sq feet. The bathroom is very large with a large laundry room also in your unit. I have full size & wks great. Even covered parking. There are 3 buildings here. I live in the middle one with Debra as my Manager. She is there all the time M-F, unless she is showing a Unit, lunch etc. If you don't have her as your Manager, don't know what to tell you.

A family member lives here and they are happy but I think this place could use better management.. Need new hallway carpet and some new paint. I want to add a short response to the owners reply, it makes no sense to say they would replace it with tile when this is senior living and tile floors would not be appropriate for such a place. The best thing to do would either be replace the carpet or clean it.

I have a close friend who lives here in the building and he is a coordinator for events.and he is deaf. Very very nice place it is for people over age 55 like me i am 58 but have not yet applied because i live in Flagstaff AZ, I recommend this place for anyone over age 55

Good physical plant, but too expensive for a fixed-income budget. Also has an inflexible waiting list... not for people who need a place NOW.
