We have lived here 3 months now as renters. With in a few days of moving in we were accused of holding a meeting in the club house when as yet we did not have access to the club house and still don't. Nor did we yet know anyone in the community. Also a picture was taken of a couple in the club house and sent to the owner of our rental to verify if it was us or not. For whatever reason it seems like we were being targeted. The ad listed on Zillow lists the club house as an amenity. It is not. As a senior I was looking forward to using the gym, pool etc. Not satisfied with this situation.

I love it because it's for seniors. It usually quiet and always clean and we'll manicured. It has a clubhouse with amenities.

Sun Meadow Is A Extremely Piece Of Heaven On Earth, Quite, Beautiful, We Have A Beautiful Lake, With Three Beautiful Fountains Pool Table's, Gym, Lovely Kitchen, Two Fireplacese, In The Clubhouse, So What More Could We Ask For, I Thank The Lord For Everything !!!!!
