Wonderful community. We had a long distance buy and our sales consultant Marjan made it a smooth process and was incredible helpful through the entire process. They were on time with their estimates of completion and our construction Manager Aaron was very communicative and responsive to all of our requests and questions. I would recommend without hesitation.

Sun City is an exceptional place to build a quality home and become a resident. The build process was well managed to meet an on time closing. After moving in, the community has so many facilities and activities that make living here an exciting proposition. I highly recommend Sun City!!
