The memory care unit was great when we first put our Aunt in the facility. Over time the food quality really went downhill and the service team is amazing but they are stretched thin. This place is under staffed and it is beginning to impact the quality of care and upkeep of the facility.

Touchmark is such a nice facility, from the valet staff to the welcome desk to all of the staff. I've been a visitor here several times and always impressed with how friendly everyone is including the residents! They have a wide variety of fun activities for the residents as well. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy living at the Touchmark at Georgetown. The entire staff is awesome. There are a myriad of activities for all interests and tastes. I especially enjoy the fitness classes held 5 days a week. This is a great place to spend the “golden” years.

I’ve had the pleasure of performing here, and the team truly creates a warm, welcoming, and high-quality experience for residents. Cheyenne takes exceptional care in designing creative, thoughtful, and engaging events, always bringing a high level of detail and intention to everything she plans. Every staff member I’ve worked with has been gracious, organized, and a true joy to collaborate with. The residents are incredibly kind and appreciative—it’s always such a pleasure getting to know them more with each visit. It’s truly a wonderful community, and I’m always grateful to be part of their events.

We had the pleasure of visiting Touchmark to provide horse-drawn carriage rides for their residents and found the grounds to be beautifully maintained and very welcoming. The front entrance and lobby felt like stepping into a high-end, exclusive resort. Every staff member and resident we encountered was friendly, cheerful, and a joy to interact with.
