Summit Point is the Cadillac of assisted-living. My parents have been there now three months and the attention they receive is phenomenal. The on duty nurses both day and Knight are extremely attentive to my father‘s needs. The aids are funny, attentive, and have a great rapport with my parents. The transition into assisted living from a home was hard on them, but the staff at Summit Point made the transition, easy, accommodating, and mostly stress very. The food is great, the activities are pitiful and fun and be honest. It’s like a resort.

Summit point is like an apartment complex with a small amount of assistance. The management is very unprofessional. Some of the aides are rude and unkind to my frail 92 year old father. My father has been there 7 weeks and he rings the nurses bell and 20 minutes to a hour later someone responds. He was on the floor in the bathroom 45 minutes one day. They never explained how they do things. We never received a welcome packet. The communication between the management, staff, and families is poor. If I could find a better alternative I would.

Our grandmother has been staying at Summit Point for over a year now and the staff is really great to deal with. The facility is well-kept and has a great feel to it. She really enjoys the activities and games they offer for the residents. She was really worried about living at an assisted facility, but has grown to love it. If you're looking for a good place, I recommend Summit Point!

My partner and I have been coming here once or twice every week for the past few months to visit his grandma. We bring our dogs with us and we always have a nice time. We setup Netflix on her TV and enjoy watching baking competition shows together. The staff is very friendly and I have yet to have a negative experience. Can’t recommend it enough!

My dad moved to Summit Point in December of ‘22. He was very apprehensive about moving into an independent living apartment after living in his own home for over 65 years. He was afraid his place was going to feel too small even before he had seen it. He now often tells me how big it feels. It took only a few weeks before he started telling how much he likes the place. The staff is friendly, attentive and caring. He has made many acquaintances and loves the conversation with his new friends. He likes the food and the service in the dining hall! Summit Point is located near many stores, restaurants, drug stores and many medical facilities, which makes it easy to go out and get whatever you need. My wife and I highly recommend Summit Point to anyone who is looking for a quality, reasonable facility that caters to residents and family members!
