Even though my mother-in-law was only a resident at Summerset Senior Living for two short months, the impact their staff made on our family will stay with us forever. They supported her during the most difficult time in anyone's life as she was dying, and every single day we witnessed such genuine compassion and humanity.<br><br>When my mother-in-law asked to have her hospital bed moved into the living room, Hospice told us it couldn't be done. But when we asked the team at Summerset for help, there wasn't a single moment of hesitation. Their answer was an immediate "yes"—simply because that was what she wanted, and her comfort was their top priority.<br><br>Our family could not be more grateful for the incredible level of care, respect, and kindness shown to us during such a painful time. Summerset is truly a rare blend of outstanding professionalism and deep, heartfelt empathy.

When crisis happens, you want this facility and this staff. My parents have lived here for 2.5 years. There are fast changing conditions now for both of them. The staff at Summerset have been watchful and exceedingly responsive. They have been effective, efficient, caring, and complete in shifting care elements to address the situation and in advising me. I am so thankful that my parents are here. I cannot say thank you to each and everyone of them enough. In addition, the facility is inviting, open, bright and well designed. The activities have kept my parents involved and social. Again THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I recently performed at Summerset in Reno, and it was an awesome experience. The staff are absolutely amazing - welcoming, professional, and caring. You can tell they value the residents. The residents themselves seemed happy and well taken care of.<br><br>As a performer who plays at many senior communities, I can honestly say Summerset stands out. I look forward to going back!

I have so enjoyed my few months at Summerset. I spent 2 years at another senior living facility and I can say without question the activities, dining, food, rooms and general decor here are the best. The pleasant and efficient staff are amazing. I'm so sad to leave all my new friends and family that I have made. Summerset is the BEST place to live.
