I cannot thank Alycia and Sandy enough!! They provided such a warm and welcoming experience for a special individual I was assisting to find a place she could call home. I know my team will continue to work with these ladies! I want to give Sandy a special thank you for going above and beyond! You are truly amazing! 👏 👏 👏 Not all Super Heroes wear capes!!

I can't say enough about the quality of this facility, from every aspect you can name. The nursing and care staff is attentive, involved, and thorough. The dining staff is flexible, efficient, and steady as a rock. The administrative team truly makes sure our residents are treated with dignity, respect, and everyone gets a chance to live in a nice home. Houseeping makes sure that your mom or dad aren't staying in a room, but its a clean and comfortable home. Jerry and his maintenance team make sure the building is entirely safe, and the grounds are looking exemplary. I wouldn't hesitate to move a family member here, and neither should you!

This facility has changed ownership approximately April/ May 2023. There have been many cut backs in menu options, as well as a complete staff turnover, most residents are dissatisfied. & researching their options. The building still has single pane aluminum framed windows, with in efficient noisy heat/ ac units. The new owners have other ‘facilities’ out of the area, initially claimed they would make improvements but so far there have only been cut backs in service & quality. FYI - the picture posted was taken at least 2 years ago. ( caption says it was posted 4 days ago).

Not good at caring for residents, not enough people to care for them. Their are 45residents with only 1 CNA/ Med Tech. Some needs to be in a Nursing facility where they can get the proper care they need.

My mom had nothing but problems it seemed during her month of recovery there. She would call to receive assistance in using the bathroom and MAYBE would get help within the hour. Even on her last day there as she calls for help she does nothing but sit and wait for staff to get to her. She was told there are other people to take care of she she has to wait.🤔 When staff needs to use the bathroom maybe they should try holding it for more than an hour each time and see how they like it!! 🙄 She was put to bed early one night (by 7:30) because the girls coming on shift supposedly couldn’t lift her (and she’s not very big at all!) So when I’m told that by her - my first thought is... why on earth are they working there??? If the place is that hard up on getting good staff with efficient coverage so people truly can be tended to then maybe they should figure out how to make that happen! I feel like they are understaffed and I feel like that’s not okay when dealing with older people who truly need care and when it’s costing over thousands of their money. They truly deserve better care that that! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I am truly sad my mom had to go through that. At the time she didn’t have a lot of options but if ever assistance is needed again we will seek it elsewhere.
