I recently had the opportunity to spend time at Sugar Mill Manor, and I was really impressed with the overall atmosphere of the community. The facility was clean, well-kept, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. What stood out most was how happy and comfortable the residents seemed. There was a genuine sense of care throughout the building, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in making sure everyone feels safe, secure, and well cared for. The employees were kind, attentive, and truly engaged with the residents. I also loved seeing the activities and the effort put into keeping residents active, content, and enjoying their day. Sugar Mill Manor has a warm, caring environment, and it’s obvious that the staff really cares about the people they serve.

Sugarmill Manor is truly awesome! Such a warm and caring place. It doesn’t feel cold or corporate at all, it feels like people there actually care and want the residents to feel at home. The staff are kind, patient, and really seem to know the residents. You can tell they put their heart into what they do and that makes a big difference. Families want to know their loved one is safe and treated with respect, and Sugarmill gives that peace of mind. The prices are fair for the care and attention they give. I’d definitely recommend Sugarmill Manor to anyone looking for assisted living around Homosassa.

For all people reading of our experience, know that the day David went to Sugarmill Woods Manor, all of us, friends and family had no worries of his comfort, safety, and belonging. There were kind and friendly voices everywhere. The daily mission of the staff was caring service to each resident. All of David’s needs were met. A home away from home. Our friend, David, called Sugarmill Manor his home before he left us.... what a lovely thought. To know that he was so well cared for that he felt at home there was a comfort to us and a blessing for him. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and though losing loved ones is always difficult, knowing the genuine caring of everyone there gave us all peace of mind. I hope everyone there knows how much we appreciate their consideration of our good friend.

My mother-in-law, Joann, has had a wonderful experience at Sugarmill Manor. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about each resident, always treating Joann with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. Joann enjoys the activities and the sense of community, which helps her stay engaged and happy. We also appreciate the good communication from the staff, giving our family peace of mind. We’re very grateful for the care she receives and would highly recommend Sugarmill Manor.
