I'm giving 5 stars due to the Amazing people working at Stoneybrook. They are compassionate and always have a smile. I visit my mother at least 5 days a week and have gotten to know both the employees and residents and enjoy talking with them. They also have fun activities daily including crafts, games and bingo.

Very friendly staff, patient and amazing with their residents at Stoneybrook Assisted Living. Very helpful with paper work and making things easy for the initial process. The nursing staff always available to answer questions and also great with the residents. While I have not ate there, the food always looks so good and different choices all the time. My mom loves the food and choices, activities, and always comments on how friendly everyone is. The rooms are very spacious and well designed.

Unfortunately, the worst level of care I have ever witnessed. Serious concerns about the quality of care. Lack of compassion and consistency.

Would not recommend for a rehab patient (PT and OT have been fine), but the nursing staff, techs or caretakers are so slow to answer any call for help 20-30min. And the hallways smell of urine and feces. My loved one had been told for 3 days they were going to help her with a shower. Finally on the 4th day she was able to get one.

The Memory care Unit is Awesome.. I would hope someday I'd have such a awesome place and awesome staff like here in Memory Care.. I come 4 days a week and the place is clean and smells so good. The staff are top notch and care about the residents. What I think speaks volumes are the patients are happy and smiling. The patients are clean and well cared for.
