My grandma was moved into Stone Creek about 9 weeks ago and simply put, this facility and their team have been exactly what we prayed for. As the granddaughter watching all these changes unfold, Rob specifically has been instrumental in easing my family's concerns and ensuring my grandma's safety and care. He has demonstrated exceptional communication and concern over my grandma's well-being by checking in on her daily and providing updates to my family via pictures and phone calls. Amidst the transition into the memory care unit, we had the pleasure of meeting A. A truly has found her calling with this population. She is patient, kind, attentive and clearly loves what she does. She too provides my family with frequent pictures of my grandma engaging in activities to put our minds at ease. Anyone who has experienced this transition knows the difficulty and worry that accompanies such a change, but also knows the powerful difference that people can make in the process. The faculty at Stone Creek have made this change for the better. It's difficult to put our gratitude into words but we hope our experience with Stone Creek can guide others in determining the best care for their loved one.

The members of the care team have been patient, kind and loving to my Dad. Spending a little extra time when needed, joking with him to lift his spirits and such tender care during difficult moments. Transitioning to assisted living is always hard, a beautiful place and caring staff have made the transition as good as it can be.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this community! Everyone from the management / directors , kitchen staff, house keeping, front office and The Care staff and activities are absolutely incredible! The care staff are patient, compassionate and so loving! Seeing the level of care that the staff here provide to the residents makes me so grateful our loved one moved here! ! Residents are treated with dignity, respect, and above all else kindness! I currently assist in private care for a resident, who is a very close friend of mine, and she started in AL and Recently moved over to memory care, and both sides have been a great experience. The memory care exceeded my expectations! I have worked in memory care for many years, and Stone Creek of Littleton is by far my favorite location I’ve been in and worked with! I have enjoyed how comforting MC has been for my little Lady, and how much she has began to thrive since moving over here! The care, the activities, the overall environment have been wonderful! I wish more people stayed open minded to memory care, and actually checked it out for their loved ones when the time comes, because it can be such an incredible experience, and such a positive decision to enhance their quality of life! Stone Creek Memory Care, what would we do without you? Moving over to MC has been such a game changer to seeing our loved one thrive and find her place again!<br>( JAZALYN, MARIA, BELLA, RENEE ) some of the best Qmaps/ caregivers I’ve seen in this field, and total assets in our community! Angelika is an angel, and literally is the heart in memory care! The activities planned are so engaging, and Angelika is so great at engaging seniors to want to participate , and brings so much happiness and excitement to each resident! The time invested in each person is truly beautiful! It’s like a family back there, and it sets such a high standard for senior care! What a great team in MC!!!

My dad is a resident of Stone Creek and absolutely loves it there. The facility is beautifully maintained, is sparkling clean at all times, and is located in a lovely neighborhood with a great park across the street. The activities are top notch and my dad stays entertained and active. The residents are wonderful and there is friendship, community, and support. Most importantly, the team is exceptional. Robb, Susie, Janice, Carol, Carmen, and the rest of the staff are experienced, engaged, kind, and empathetic. My dad is so well cared for emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. We could not be more grateful for the wonderful experience he’s having at Stone Creek. ❤️
