Stonecreek was a great place for my aunt to get rehab and be able to return to her assisted living apartment. I was comfortable with staff management before we even stepped in the door. They answered all of my questions on insurance, amenities and therapy to help with the transition.

My husband was only at Stone Creek for 5 days before being readmitted to the hospital, but during that time I had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff, nurses, aides, and the business department. They were very caring and supportive and I felt he was in the best hands.

My grandpa enjoyed the pleasant staff and nice residents when he was at Stonecreek for numerous falls that he had experienced the last few months. We appreciate the team there for getting him to a place that he could return home and build up the strength he needed to do some things on his own again. We had a pleasant experience and were glad they took such good care of him.

We had a family member who just did a short stay at this Rehab so she could get stronger and return home. She loved the nursing staff caring for her and the therapy team did an amazing job getting her to where she needed to be to return home. Thank you!
