If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Providence Point in Paducah far exceeded our expectations! My dad came in completely wheelchair bound. They checked his vitals, administered medications, kept close watch on his overall condition in relation to his medical situation, answered insurance questions and even laundry questions! They sent him to the ER out of concern which was very appreciative and appropriate. The physical therapy was so very beneficial. The food was good. The entire staff was excellent, professional, caring, kind, and attentive! I HIGHLY recommend Providence Point in Paducah KY! It does not feel like a nursing home facility. They have all kinds of things going on for the residents, every day. I can’t name individual names because I will leave someone out but these folks are the absolute BEST!!!! Dad is going home and if he ever needs assistance with a nursing home ( I don’t even like using that phrase with Providence Point because it is so much more than a nursing home) …… Providence Point will be our FIRST choice! Thank you to everyone at Providence Point. I hope they see this review!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about the care my grandmother received at Providence. From the moment she arrived, the entire team treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. The nurses went above and beyond every single day—always attentive, quick to respond, and willing to take the time to explain everything to our family. They didn’t just provide medical care, they truly cared about her comfort and dignity, which meant the world to us. You can tell the staff works together as a team, and that level of coordination made a difficult time so much easier to navigate. Every interaction we had—from nurses to support staff—was professional, respectful, and heartfelt. Thank you all for treating my grandmother like family. We are so grateful for everything you did.

I’m really impressed with Providence Pointe. The staff treats the residents like family, and the whole place has a very warm feeling. Every time I’ve been there it’s been clean, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommend. The best staff that provide the best care!

The staff at Providence Pointe are so caring! A beautiful facility with top notch staff—nursing, dietary, therapy, and beyond—they are all amazing! They truly go above and beyond for their residents, treating them like family! From the admissions team making the admissions process smooth, easy, and reassuring…. to during the stay—with caring staff available to answer any questions and providing quality care….to the discharge process where they ensure you have exactly what you need…they are all simply the best. I am so thankful for the entire team!

Providence Nursing and Rehab in Paducah provided outstanding care for my dad during his rehab stay. From the very first day, I felt reassured and confident in our decision. Stephanie took the time to talk with me, answer my questions, and truly made me feel comfortable about my dad being there to regain his strength and safely return home. The care he received was exceptional, and the physical therapy team was absolutely amazing. They were patient, encouraging, and genuinely committed to helping him improve each day. It was clear that the staff truly cares about their residents and their progress. I’m so grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown to my dad and our family. I highly recommend Providence Nursing and Rehab to anyone needing quality rehab care in Paducah.
