May take excellent care of my mother. The food is really great and the activities are wonderful. The facility is always clean. She loves the kitchen staff because they always bring her little things that she loves to eat and of course she has her favorite nurse or aid they’ve been pretty exemplary.She really enjoys them and all of the people they are so friendly. It’s a great environment for her. They also made the transition process very easy made her feel right at home.

Every time I have been the Facility seems well kept and clean. Residents seem taken care of. So of the staff stands out and you just know they are there for all the right reasons. Thus far only concern was some over cooked food being served. This is just a visitors point of view. The loved one we visit says there are to many people there and has a hard time knowing his way around. But other Residents seemingly get around and enjoy themselves with no issues.

Numerous complaints, not all listed. Did not turn loved one properly, change him timely(12 or more hrs) or adequate wound care. Air in room didn’t work 4 of 5 days and was miserable, sheets not put on bed, staff not properly trained, short staffed, light turned off then no one returned, etc. No rehab in 5 days which is why he went. Not advised of having covid prior to accepting our loved one, or we would have refused. The one star is for the few staff who honestly did their best. One weekend nurse, 2 young techs, and one of the food staff fellas. We have you noted. The owners need to look at 24 hr oversight for a 24 hr care facility, following up with how patients are being cared for or not being cared for and complaints by family. Compensate employees who have no complaints adequately and pay attention!! Do surprise visits because it could be you someday!

Adam's Street Place has improved so much. They have to most compassionate and caring staff. Their administrator, director of nursing, assistant director of nursing, mds nurse, and activities director are all INCREDIBLE along with their amazing floor staff. They really care about people and it shows.
