Not sure if this a real company guys ! I’ve applied and called to check on my application and the receptionist (Charmaine) asks me the same 3 questions everytime. So the 4th time I called and asked for the address to come in not only did I have to ask for the address OVER FIVE TIMES but these were her words “ maybe they just don’t need you” “ I’m not comfortable giving you the address or the managers name “ . What led me to believe it isn’t real is that she never would never give me the address until I mention how fraudulent she was starting to make the company sound and if I could speak with someone in management in which she said again “ maybe the just don’t need you”’.

My doctor ordered these wonderful therapist for me. I hadn't been able to get around for awhile and I was falling a lot. They picked me up off the bathroom floor at first more times than I can count but now I'm exercising every day I feel like a new person there's no way I could ever thank them for how much better they have made my life ❤️ These people care.

I love this Company Still Waters…. This Company has helped me and my daddy many times… when I tell you they go over and beyond the job duties… I mean just that…. Administrative office staff very professional… and concern…. And the OT..PT… and home health aide awesome!!!!! I love A COMPANY THAT STANDS ON THEY WORK AND WORD!!!💥🙌🏼…. Y’all better go call STILL WATERS!!!!

I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional in my life. The office staff is very unprofessional and rude. They lie about services that’s being rendered. They never show up when they are supposed to. It’s been 2 weeks since services started and the aide has yet to show up. She called and said she forgot she was suppose to come help bathe my grandmother. They told us she would get aide to come out and assist w/ bathing 2x a week . Can’t even get her to come once !!!! Therapist never come on time , always late. Only person that comes on time and nice is a guy PT .

by Jacqueline Lewis on 12/05/2019 I would just like to comment on the excellent care that my grandmother,Mrs. Emma Bailey has received while having the staff at Still Waters come out to our home.I have cared for a lot of my family members through out the years. Therefore, I have come into contact with a lot of home health agencies through out the years.I must say that the staff at this agency are awesome.I do not know if it's the training that they receive or just the hiring of caring professional people.Maybe a little of both. Everyone that comes out here from "Still Waters Home Health" does a good job and cares about the client.From the home health aid"Eve" to the physical therapist"Joseph Lubrico"to the occupational therapist "Shamelle".The nurse that used to come out also"Johnetta". Just all of the staff from there are very good at their job and they do their job with such compassion and caring.That's why I had to write this review to let someone know about the awesome job that these people do.I had never heard of this agency before. The nursing home that my grandmother left from hooked her up with this agency.Thanks for hiring professional,caring people. This review is for the Cordova,Tennessee location.
