Sterling Senior Housing

Sterling Senior Community is an affordable housing community in Bellingham, Washington that provides independent living apartments for low-income seniors age 62 and older. The community consists of 21 one-bedroom units located in a 3-story building with elevator access, funded through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development Section 202 Program.

The building features a secured entrance, a common room with a full-size kitchen, a TV room for community events, an on-site laundry room, and a library room stocked with movies and books. Residents have access to computers for their use.

Resident Services organizes regular activities including potlucks, entertainment, and exercise programs. The community also provides resources to support residents' wellbeing and engagement in community life.
