The place the building itself is in okay condition from a few years ago. They have a handful of decade worker and I mean just a few, and I do know it takes dedication, patience and professionalism to work in any nursing homes and I applaud those who do and give they all. Then you have those who just show up do the very bare minimum no emotion or empathy for the patient, the workers the nurse and the social worker, it's sad and pathetic when the care of the patients care is dependent on these kind of workers and the State. At this location it's like a revolving door workers come and go It's the State's responsibility because our taxes pays the State to do it better. This place needs to be reevaluate.

DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE. This place is trash. The whole staff is incompetent/unprofessional. They only care in regards to payments. It's hard to get status updates on family members and they act as if they don't know what's going. I requested my family member to be discharged and they released her with no clothes. She was filthy from her head to her toe especially her hair/nails and hadn't taken any medicine in days. They need to shut this place down.

This is not the old Sterling Place!! I had the misfortune to have to accompany my Sons Grandmother to have his Dad placed in a nursing facility at a very young age. I remember the old Sterling Place from 15 years ago. 🤦🏼‍♀️. I myself work in a Nursing facility. I was so upset that he had to be placed there. But…. When she and I got there to await his arrival and do the usual paperwork.. it was comforting to see him there. We were greeted by the, I’d say Staff!! Administrator, Nurses, Rehab Dept, Business office manager, Admission and many residents. After his arrival, they swept him up and were amazing with him. They call him the Greek. I call.. and yes, it is hard to get an answer. But everyone needs to understand the toll COVID has had on staffing EVERYWHERE!!!! He is doing well and being taken care of. God bless them all. Beautiful courtyard to visit and Covid restrictions are easing up. Thank you all for what you do!! I know what it’s like!! Please don’t judge from the past.

Having a good experience with my grandmother here. She has dementia and recently it came to the point where she needed more help than we could personally give her. Sterling Place has provided her with the skilled nursing care and rehabilitation she has needed to become as independent as possible. They strive to keep her active while also keeping her in a secure environment. I feel relief knowing she's safe with the staff that is there! - No place is like home, that's why I am rating it 4 stars instead of 5.
