Had to be seen after a fall caused a fracture. The MidCity ER staff was extremely professional and kind. Dr. Dainon Miles was kind and explained his diagnosis and treatment plan. I felt well taken care of!

The operations employee I spoke with today at Dr Hilliards office is horrible. She lacks training, compassion, and professionalism. She could care less about being held responsible for her actions. It is clear that she believes she is above HR from the way she behaved in front of colleagues. She was argumentative and challenged me report her! She has no regard for the vision and mission statement of BRG let alone the code of conduct. It is clear that she is experiencing burnout or just isn't fit for that position. No one should be bullied and threaten to not be allowed to partake in their parents care.

Doctor’s are fine. Anyone who answers a phone or works a desk at this office is about as rude and incompetent as a child. After being discharged from emergency care, I called the hospital the next day for a follow up appointment and to make sure my CT scan results and school excuse were sent to my email. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude, sending me in 3 different directions not knowing ANYTHING to provide any kind of help. Then I showed up to the Emergency Room to try and get the information from the ER itself. All I am asking for are test results and a school excuse and I have been waiting for over an hour. No one has checked with me, updated me or even acknowledged my existence since I checked in.

Lady at the front desk named Keisha gave me a hard time. She basically tried to get me & my toddler put out in 23degree freezing weather by running to security. Thank God it didn’t work in her favor. She gossiped & talked about my parenting (because my son was crying & I sent him to timeout) to her coworker I heard her through the glass window. Nothing about that says professional. She told me go sit down when I asked what’s her position or last name. (Hold on let me get security” we’re her words. Then an RN by the name of Kelsey/chelsey couldn’t wait to run and get security because she also had a nasty attitude,(she was gossiping with Keisha) loud capped me when I asked her questions about my uber & she basically looked & talked to me like I’m DUMB. Very uptight mean aggressive black women work here. The security guard was sweet & my nurse before Kelsey/chelsey was very sweet. Won’t be back.

Was a terrible experience, came in with many symptoms. Told them I’ve been having trouble with breathing, coughing non-stop, throwing up a lot, and really bad chest pain. Was there for over 3hrs and all they could tell me was to work it out. That there wasn’t anything they could do about the symptoms I announced to them. Was discharged and dismissed with nausea pills and coughing medicine to make me cough more. Very unsatisfied! And feel worse than when I went there, this morning.
