0 stars. Staff treat people poorly, ignore residents bluntly, and there’s attitudes throughout the whole building. If staff were actually tested for everything, a lot of them probably wouldn’t come back clean. When residents get moved from room to room, belongings and even money have gone missing. Staff will laugh before breaking up altercations and laugh at residents in general. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

No communication. You can’t get in touch with staff and Ive called the main lobby 3 hours in a row without them answering. When my patient was brought home by ambulance, his wheelchair, pad and thermal cup were not with him, plus none of his personal medicines. When the ambulance driver drove back to St Clare, she was told that they had thrown his pad away and gave her someone else’s much smaller wheelchair. It even had their name on it! The meds they sent were not all his. Our Heart of Hospice nurse personally went back up there late at night and found his wheelchair, pad and cup still in his room. She delivered to us late that night. You can believe i will never use their facility again.

I recently visited St. Clare Manor Nursing Home and was very impressed. The facility was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They truly care about the residents, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere. I highly recommend St. Clare Manor Nursing Home for its cleanliness and compassionate care.

St. Clare Nursing has exceeded my family’s expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and professional the environment is. The facility is spotless, and it’s clear that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization. More importantly, the level of care and attention my loved one receives is outstanding. The nurses and staff are compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of every resident. We have complete peace of mind knowing that our family member is in the best hands possible. The professionalism, kindness, and warmth from everyone at St. Clare Nursing make all the difference. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring and top-quality nursing home. It’s a place where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care.
