Back in 2018, my papa was in yall's care though he was sick. I want to say Thank you to the ones that were really compassionate and took care of him because working as a caregiver is often a different viewpoint as a family member or loved one. Its June 2026 and I was able to visit my great aunt Stella Williams which is long term as well as my great uncle Kenneth though he's in rehab due to foot surgery. I learned while being house keeper in the hospital... not everyone is given credit or appreciated.. so Thank you to those who work in healthcare there

Staff are so friendly. I love the Sunday church service and Bingo. I love attending activities with my friends. The food is great especially potato salad and the mac and cheese.

All meals served cold. Had to be reheated. Physical therapy and Occupational therapy Were awesome, staff was amazing. Compassionate, and picked up on issues before I knew they were happening. Nursing Staff from 7pm to 7am were on top of their game. 7a to 7p were rude, yelled at the patients. I had to wait for 45 minutes for the bedpan and 30 minutes to get off of it. I was told that they start at one end and they get to you when it is your turn. Business office was rude.

I love JaWanda, Jimmy and Keyona, they are characters and always keep us going. They have so many fun things for us to do. They work so hard to keep everyone smiling and engaged in things they love. Christie in Therapy is very caring and knowledgeable. There are so many people who I couldn't do without who are so awesome and appreciated Thad, Rebekah, Iesha, Shawn, Patrick, Emily, Rose, and many more I'm sure I'm missing but I love them all.

Stanleytown Healthcare has been very good for my mother. Everyone is very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. They seem to be very good with other residents also. They go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed. You are always able to talk with whomever you need about things and situations. They always keep in touch about my mother and whatever is going on. For anyone that needs care for a loved one, I would highly recommend Stanleytown Health and Rehabilitation.
