I cannot say enough good things about Mulberry Creek Rehab Center! My grandma was recently there, and she was treated with so much kindness, compassion, and respect. All of the workers were absolutely wonderful and made sure she felt cared for and comfortable.<br>The CNAs were especially sweet and caring with her, and the ladies from activitys were amazing with her as well. It was such a comfort to know she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her and her well-being.Thank you to everyone at Mulberry Creek Rehab Center for taking such great care of my grandma and making her time there a positive experience. We truly appreciate everything you all did for her! ❤️

If I could give a zero review I would!! A family member was supposed to go there after they got out of the hospital, and for 3 weeks we have been getting the run around! They agreed for them to go and then all a sudden 1 week it was one issue and the next week it was another. If it was a problem this should have been discussed from the beginning!

My grandmother recently was a patient at Mulberry Creek and we are so thankful for the wonderful care she received. The nurses and CNAs- especially Day shift were always kind, addressing issues in a timely manner, and attentive. A big thank you to Delores and Teni for your compassion and kindness, it truly made a difference during her stay. The therapy team was amazing as well—she adored her treating therapists. They encouraged her every step of the way and played such an important role in her progress. Our family truly appreciates everyone who helped care for her during her stay and would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing skilled nursing or rehabilitation services!

Can you guys please contact me. I am calling from Africa because my brother is admitted at your facility for more than 2 weeks and I couldn't get access to him because you have no working phone for international call. I am very worried. Can you please post your number because the one you did does not work.
