Addison was absolutely wonderful. Her housecleaning was amazing. We talked while she worked. I would love to have her every day. I would recommend her to anyone .Addison washes her hands often as she should. She will make a very good CNA or anything she chooses to do she will be great at it. Thank you so much.

Communication is very poor. One lady called me for an interview and let me do the complete application only for me to call and then to say I wasn’t eligible for rehire. I have NEVER worked for them when they were Team Nurse and the Care Advantage I did work for out of Christainsburg, tried to keep my check and I reported them. Either way they are not professional and the reviews are likely fake. Skip this agency.

I have nothing to say about Katlyn but THANK YOU & THANK YOU. She helps me out everyday. She is super nice and anything I need done she does it. She is one of the sweetest and compassionate ladies I have ever met. Katlyn works Monday through Friday and then I have Michelle on weekends. She is sweet to. I will say I have had some horrible people come in with me and some of them was mean and scared me. I am very thankful that I have Katlyn during the week. She is so patient, understanding, nice, kind and very compassionate with me (her patient) And Michelle does a very good job on the weekends. I am VERY happy with my caregivers. Thanks! Sherry
