Standards has been very reliable and on schedule to assist my 89 year old dad with his 3 times per day insulin injections. They even made it through the recent blizzard to get to his house at the top of a very large hill. The morning nurse actually parked at the bottom and walked up because his car couldn't make it. The nurses are professional and caring.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES DON'T CHOOSE THIS AGENCY. This is the worse agency I have ever dealt with. They have very weak coordination between the HHAs and the clients. They don't have enough workers to cover the shifts. If one is absent they don't have a substitute. They keep the client in a very hard situation without even caring. They will accept new cases and give fake promises, and then call you every day and the other saying they don't have an HHA to show up. VERY BAD SERVICES
