I've always appreciated how thorough they are and how they follow up on any questions and concerns you may have. I would like to issue a special shout out to Madiha, in the Chicago office, for all of the care she has shown me and my family. Madiha is one of the few people who's great to speak to on the phone and via email. Her customer service and care is truly one of a kind. Thank you for all of your help and care.

Working at standard home care has been a great experience , even though I worked for few months . My supervisor, Delnaz is truly a supportive. She is truly a wonderful leader. She is always available for guidance. Her ability to communicate and respond is very impressive. I really enjoyed working with her.

The stuff is amazing!! Especially supervisor Haniya and office representative Donna ! They are very emphatic, hard working, and excellent professionals. Since the first minute of talking with them, I have had a very pleasant feeling. They made me feel like I am important to them, always tried to help me, and put my priorities first. Nowadays, you don't really meet such a pure heart, people! Thank you, Donna and Haniya, for making me feel I am a part of a family! I strongly recommend the Standart Home Care agency for anybody who is seeking help or care for you or your loved ones!

I am a client of Standard Home Care. I am amazed by the expert service I receive. My Home Care Provider (BJ) is on time and goes above and beyond what I ask her to do. I hear so many of my friends complain about the service they receive from their agencies, I was almost reluctant about applying for help. But I'm glad I did and grateful this is the agency I was connected to. Keep up the good work!

This has been my first experience with in-home care for my mom. Arranged through a third party, I could not be happier thus far. Communication has been on point. Follow up also. Our home schedule has been worked around. I feel that I can breathe easier knowing that some hours of my mom’s are covered with competent aides and she is getting quality care. The supervisor, Syed, and the aide, Linda, have made my adjustment to relinquish some “duty” a smooth and guilt-less action. If you are searching for some assistance, look no further
