Just moved out June 29th. Since an Investment company bought the property not accurate bookkeeping. The current manager (Tarsha) is rude and Unprofessional to the tennants. Do to these issues I would not recommend living at St Patricks.

It was told to me that i got behind a months rent which i still don't believe because the first thing i do is get a check for rent before i do anything else. I've paid an extra 50 a month for 4 months to get caught up and the woman in charge mysteriously doesn't have a record of it and u truly believe that something is going on here because i know I've never missed a payment but to keep things civil I've paid an extra 50 a month for 4 month to get cauggt up and she's saying i haven't so something is definitely wrong here . I'm just letting you know because this is not right at all. a montgs rent

This place is no longer owned by cardinal ritter. You dont want to live her because they do not care about their residence. They will tell any lie to get you to move in here and it is rated higher estimated rental value by hud than it is worth. The new management is holding us hostage during this pandemic. Even though the rest of the state is allowing visitors this new management wont.
