I love this facility! It is very clean and doesn't smell like a nursing home. I also see where the DON and the ADON are on the floor helping the aides and family. Everyone here is GREAT! Thank you for all you do for the patients and families

When my mother was admitted at St. Lukes Helen G.Nassif Transitional Center she received the upmost care.activities and therapy were designed to her needs and likes. The staff is very professional and friendly.

St. Luke’s Transitional Care Center provides excellent care and a warm, welcoming environment. The nurses and caregivers are professional, patient, and always ready to help. The facility is clean, organized, and the staff genuinely care about the residents’ well-being.
