This is the worst care facility I have toured. Management is horrible, the facility is filthy, staff were seen just sitting around while residents sat all alone asking for assistance. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a good care facility for your love ones. 👎👎👎👎

When you call its hard to get ahold of the right person. My husband was here for skilled care and when I would call to find out how he was doing, I would get bounced around. I was never able to get to the right person.

I came into this facility for a tour and to see if my loved one would be able to become a resident of long-term-care. I came in on a Friday, gave them my loved ones information so they can review her records and such, and then gave them my information to get in contact with me. I was told by this person who gave me the tour and information of the facility, that she would call me the coming Monday or Tuesday to let me know if my loved one could become a long-term-care resident. I waited until Tuesday afternoon since I hadn't heard anything back. This lady who said she would call me, who unfortunately is not the friendliest, told me that the facility does not have any available rooms right now. I asked her how is that considering she informed me on Friday that as of Monday or Tuesday my loved one could have the possibility of a room once her records were reviewed. She knew as well as I was looking to get my loved one to a facility in the very near future. This is the second time at this facility that I've been told one thing and the outcome is the total opposite. I unfortunately don't have anything good to say about this facility, as first impressions are everything and this facility failed my mom and myself.
