This is the worse experience my family has ever had. They refused to allow us to talked to our loved one and when they did allow it they monitored our call then hung up on us. They would not allow us to visit even though we tried several times. They hid the passing of a loved one from immediate family. We never would have thought a nursing home to act this way with us since our loved one was mentally challenged easily impressionable.

5 Stars for Tonya Mckinney in social services. Tonya is always very responsive to my requests to complete a level 2 evaluation. I work with numerous facilities and Tonya is top notch in her role. Tonya really knows her residents and truly cares about her residents. I must say that there are not a lot of Tonya's out there and she is much appreciated when it comes to completing the level 2 evaluations. Thank you Tonya for all you do!
