We have been using Home Instead to take care of our 98-year-old mother for close to a year now and have been very satisfied with their service. There have been a few occasions when the scheduled caregiver has not been able to work their shift, but the schedulers do a great job of communicating with us and quickly providing substitutes. The office staff will even fill in for short notice cancellations. I have not met all of Mom’s caregivers but have worked closely with three of her regulars, Jerzie, Mary and Michelle, and can personally vouch for their compassionate care. Mom is pleased with all her team, I just haven’t had the opportunity to work all of them with them yet. We have been very pleased with our decision to go with Home Instead.

On behalf of my family, I’d like to express sincerest thanks and gratitude to Home Instead for the tender care and companionship they offered our sister. We could always rely on someone being here to help without fail, even during a snowstorm. A special call-out goes to Mary M., Judy W., Kayla, and Candace. They were a true Dream Team of caregivers who fully opened their hearts and became like family to us. We feel blessed to have had such wonderful people provide around-the-clock care for our sister, allowing her to find peace and comfort at home with her three beloved kitties. Thank you all so much!

We have used Home Instead for over a year for my husband who has dementia. During that time we have had several quality caregivers. We are especially grateful for our current caregiver, Morgan T. who has been with us for several months. She is always dependable and upbeat. I am able to leave for a few hours knowing my husband is safe, happy and well cared for. Caregivers are special people.
