My sister is deaf and has been in this facility for one full day. She is not receiving the care she needs. She waits hours to have her diaper changed since she can’t get up by herself. She has waited so long the whole bed has to be changed and cleaned. This is so awful and degrading to her. She is supposed to call for her pain meds and muscle relaxer per the APRN but it is hours before anyone responds to her. Makes her feel like less of a person. Please do better. I am one unhappy person. I have tried to call after hours and nobody answers the phones. I just want to know what is going on. As I mentioned she is deaf and feels as though she isn’t being treated with respect.

My partner was placed here in November 2025 for rehabilitation. He went a week without PT until I brought it to their attention. He had 21 days of PT, so he only had 14 actual days of rehabilitation. Some of the staff were excellent, but some were very rude. Sometimes did not answer the call light for 20 or so minutes. One CNA told my partner when he said he needed water that he should ask nicely. He's always nice. Now I'm looking for my mom a nursing home in Jonesboro, you can rest assured it won't be St Elizabeth's.

I am so grateful for the excellent care my mom has received at St. Elizabeth’s Place. The staff are incredibly attentive, caring, and truly take great care of her every day. They go above and beyond to make her comfortable and ensure her needs are met with compassion and professionalism. A special thank you to Sylvia (I’m unsure of her exact title), who has been wonderful about calling to coordinate family care plans and keeping us updated on any changes or information about Mom. She makes the whole process so much easier for our family. The medical staff also listen closely to our recommendations and work with us as partners in her care, which means the world when you have a loved one in a facility. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at St. Elizabeth’s Place for your dedication, kindness, and the outstanding care you provide every single day. You have made a difficult situation so much easier for our family. If you’re looking for a skilled nursing or rehab place where your family member is truly valued and well-cared for, I highly recommend St. Elizabeth’s Place. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do!

My mother was admitted back this last May after a serious fall at home. She was transferred here, from the hospital, for therapy. I personally don't believe that she received the amount of therapy that was needed at that time, but at her age and fear of falling that may have contributed to this issue. My wife and I both feel that she is is being well cared for and treated with respect and dignity. My mother is bathed, dressed and resides in a clean room. She is always complimenting about the good food she receives daily and more than she can consume. We do not experience any foul odors, walking through this facility, as we have experienced in others that we have visited. We are always greeted by the staff and administration when we visit and treated with respect. If issues do arise we have key individuals that we rely on to listen and either fix the issue or guide us in getting it taken care of. We are always listened to and respected when a issue comes up because they know we are advocating for our loved one. As always there are things that could be made better, but that is in any business or service you use. We feel confidant that my mother is in a safe, clean environment and well cared for.
