Wouldn’t send my imaginary DOG there! My mom was discharged yesterday and has bed sores ( she came in with from NEA, but they has gotten worse because they wasn’t turning her!) and wasn’t taken care of properly. I had to take her to the ER after being home not even an hour! The wholllllee stafff does NOT SPEAK/GREET AT ALL! Every single day I walked pass the front desk nobody spoke but stared like crazy. Mom floors was not clean and was also missing a pair of sweats when I went to pick her up! I wheeled her out by myself no one volunteered! Horrible experience! She was only there for rehab and could’ve appealed but this last time I pulled her out.

One of the nurses humiliated my grandma by telling her that she was too old to be afraid to fall out of her bed. She has had trouble walking for the past couple months and has a huge fear of falling. They also slammed my grandma on the bed and she hit her head on the wall which left a knot on her head. There was also feces on the wall that the nurses didn't clean until one of my family members said something about it. My grandma has compared this place to a prison and has said she'd rather die than to go back and I honestly don't blame her.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in November 2025. The facility was beautiful and well maintained. The staff from kitchen and janitorial to certified nurses and administration were very professional, respectful and attentive. My time there was 5 star.
