I had trouble accessing the building. No one answered the bell. Bad odor. The patient I was there to see was soaked in urine for at least 2 hours. She says longer. She was so frustrated with the lack of care she was near tears when we spoke.

I called the number below to discuss what i see as an RN myself for 35 years. Im poa for my friend and when i ask why is he on a statin im told its not gonna hurt him on 40mg. Thats an incompetent answer. You give it for high LDL but his was normal. Day 2 11 months ago he had tube inserted ( wrongly) and i heard a nurse did the procedure and it took me a month for them to admit a surgeon or xray professional who are only 2 to legally do it and so many other issues. 11 months and he should of been discharged long ago. Now my buddy calls me at 3:10 in the morning asking me if im watching the game. Its 310 am and he sounded like he had taken a drug and he admitted he had crushed up valium in his wallet and theyre saying im not allowed to see him. Why? Bc you were the last 1 with him. Im over the moon at this Dive. I was upset at my friend also but your saying hes a liar? I must get a lawyer bc ive seen and had enough of there incompetent care and poor attitude. Not all but some i wish not to comment on at this point.I hope this review goes to the authorities. 1 more thing i take him outside as 1 of the security walks by and says " Whats up Losers"! Excuse me he says " I was only joking" so i reported him to head of security and never got a call back. EXTREMELY POOR! Iknow what qaulity nursing is and this is not it. No excuses or theyre temps. Very disturbing

Dirty facility! Lazy aides and nurses! They lied about giving my loved one a bath then wanted to debate me about it. Upon discharge the NURSE left a NOTE if I had any questions about discharge to text her. I told them she needs to get down here now to go over my dad's discharge paperwork! They are unprofessional and barely want to help the residents that they get paid to care for!! Never again will I send my loved one there for sub acute rehab!

Very poor conditions! I needed rehab for my knee after surgery No heat, bathrooms and floors are not kept clean by housekeeping. Food does not stay warm long enough because of the cold air. Waiting time for assistance is about 10 minutes. I would not recommend this wheather for short or for long term purposes.

I would like to give the facility five stars. My mother attended rehab at the facility after being in Sisters Hospital for almost one month. The team of professionals cared for my mother in a very caring and professional manner. The team of professionals addressed all of my mothers concerns as well as addressing her five daughters concerns. The food was accommodating for Moms Reno diet as well as for diabetes diet. When my mother's term was complete she was healthy and was prepared to return home. We as a family appreciated the care that was provided for our mother.
