The place is horrid to say the least. Smells like urine and feces. They try and hide it with bleach. The lack of empathy is the number one thing going on there. If you notice alot of the good reviews are not by real events. Its by people who have done very few reviews. Hmmm. The only thing I can say is Google the reviews on how they been sued and lost. Definitely go and look at the place before you stick your love one in there so u can see what is actually going on. It is definitely not a place you want to spend the last days of your life at. You live your whole life and then be treated like that. Go look and then make your own decision. Do not listen to the social workers or management. They will mislead you. See for yourself

Excellent facility. Having a parent that's been in and out of alot of local facilities I've seen the worst. Buffalo Rehab has addressed all concerns polite staff and beautiful place to recover in.

I was there for about 7.5 months and I had a variety of health issues. In the beginning I wasn't a nice person to deal with. But it took me time and getting to know the lay of the land. The nurses and aides on the 2nd floor are great people to work with. I still keep in contact with some of the employees there. The rehab staff is the best I've ever dealt with. Pat,Russ,Lucas,Aaron,Ed,Faith,Casey,Cathy,Nate,Kapow. They all pushed me to go further with my exercises and NEVER GIVE UP on myself. I weighed 360 pounds when I arrived Feb 2025 and when I left Oct. 2025 I was under 300 pounds. Now I'm enrolled at Trilogy-rehab and I started a couple weeks ago and now I'm one on one with my trainer. Also I want to apologize to all the nurses and aides that took care of me while I was there! I am attempting to get the word out to the public about the rehab I went thru with the staff and also I want to apologize to the rehab staff for being not such a nice person in the beginning. The rehab staff including my original band members (Nate,Russ) for not giving up on me and pushing me M-F with all the exercises I was told to do. TO THE REHAB STAFF-KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOUR DOING. Also at anytime you need a surprise motivational speaker to speak to a resident or residents about what I went through to get better and I'LL BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO DO THE WORKOUT/WORKOUTS with the resident/residents i talked to! Once again a BIG THANK YOU TO THE STAFF WHO TOOK CARE OF ME while I was there. If you need to contact me you have my phone number already. If not some off the staff has my phone number which I gave to them. I WILL NEVER FORGET ABOUT THE WOMEN AND MEN WHO TOOK CARE OF ME WHILE I WAS THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't. The staff is lazy, they expected for my father to lay in his own feces when he is aware that he has to use the restroom. He came there from Roswell he is a cancer patient and a veteran, he is only supposed to be there for two weeks for rehab, and we couldn't make through the weekend because of the staff passing the buck. He only there because I'm the only family member that's taking care of him and my transportation is limited.
