I’m not a residence of this location but my mother move here several months ago in the summer .The Apartments are small but comfortable for a senior person one of the issues that I notice,the hallways doesn’t have any type of ventilation in the apartments it gets extremely hot for being a senior home they should’ve thought about those problems, so far management is very nice they help you out with everything that they can’t. Please be mindful these apartment everything is electrical you will have to pay for electricity .They mention that the electricity you will be helped ,but is not necessarily true you will have to apply for a grand and you only get that grand to keep In mind twice a year . For a senior that’s in a very tight budget. Now the winter hits it’s very cold in Buffalo my mother wants to move out and she has not been in this apartment for a full year now she’s complaining that the apartment Is extremely cold she get frost on the windows and cold air that comes from the hole that is for the AC .
