I’m just here for rehab man’s I do agree staff is friendly and rehab good meals are better than hospital but my air is broke and so is the tv.

My aunt has been a resident here 1 1/2 yrs,they have outstanding care,everyone is friendly and caring,the residence is always clean, smells clean, the care is excellent including the nurses and techs,dietary,the activities are well planned,the entertainment is outstanding and the most important thing is she is happy there,they include family in their plan of care, the Dr's and Nurse Practitioners are excellent!! 5 Star care for sure!!!

I've been back and forth on whether to do this but people need know how awful this place is. My mom was here after a hospital visit and spent 2 miserable weeks. She sat in dirty diapers, they left her on the toilet and forgot her, she got showered 2 times in 2 weeks, she fell in the bathroom and had to scream for help. She would push her button to get help for the bathroom and she would wait 30 minutes to an hour for anyone to respond! They were completely unprofessional and completely uncaring. And this is with me going up at least twice a day checking on her. DO NOT send your loved ones here!

My mom was here for skilled nursing after a hip replacement for 6 days. She was only given a shower one day, the first day she was admitted. They would make excuses about not having enough time, then medicate her, which included sleeping pills and then show up 30 minutes later(8pm), and tell her it was time to bathe. Mom was insisting that she didn’t want to walk on a new hip on the sleep meds and they knew it, and they took advantage of it. When she refused to shower after being medicated, the staff then made her sign a sheet of paper saying she refused a shower. When my mother refused to sign their form, the staff became aggressive with her until she reluctantly signed. Staff was also slow to answer the call button. Out of fear of retaliation my mother never told me what was happening at night time when I wasn’t there. She only told me these things after she made it home. A complaint has been filed with the State Department of Health.

My Mother had been living at St Ann’s under the direction of three different owners during the past 4 years of her life. Grace took over I believe in Jan. 2019 and I thanked God for the improvements that came with it. The Administration is one of the best. They have developed an atmosphere to make the best nurses and aides want to stay and come to work at St Ann’s. My mothers care takers were people with sincere compassion for her physical and emotional care. During the pandemic they brought in a woman who did FaceTime with the residents. This allowed me to keep a face to face relationship with Mom. She enjoyed our conversations two to three times a week. In my opinion, the staff did a phenomenal job keeping the residents connected with their families and keeping them as safe as possible from outside exposures. I would highly recommend any of my family or my friends family members living there.
