My mother was there less than a year. She just recently passed but we couldn’t be more pleased with the staff at Morada. Every one of them helped and my mother’s sun downers could be troublesome at times. They communicated every incident and when she needed to go to the ER. They helped us get connected with a great hospice and allowed us time to grieve and move out. Alex the executive director is a great man and has a great heart for the clients there. I pray for them all and wish them all the best. I will be dropping by to visit.

This place will have you frustrated and crying for your loved one's well being. It is very disorganized. They haven't had a stable nurse in over a year. All new management. There is one nurse who would come out from another Morada, while the facility was trying to hire a new nurse, and she was an extremely rude human being. I believe her name was Megan. Very high on herself, (I have no clue why, nothing to look at physically and absolute worst personality!) Didn't seem to care about the residents at all. I do not recommend this place!

Not sure what’s going on but I do know this, Lisa Sanders and and Laura Federici made that place as good as it was! They were always very helpful and eager to make sure everything went well in that facility and we’re always kind to everyone who came through the door! It doesn’t get any better than those two women! I will be continuing to monitor the care of all the residents in the future. If I were the higher administrative personnel for this company, I would do whatever needs to be done to bring both women back and look at the “new” person you seem to be listening to! Their departure has hurt the atmosphere in that facility.
