Looks to be nice facility but unable to tour.i had a appt.to do so but the admitting person stood me up and could not get ca call back<br>The administrator Courtney did not return 2 messages not very professional hopefully the care is better

Please do not put your loved ones in this facility. My dad was mal nourished and dehydrated. He had to be put in the hospital after their so called care. Management dosent care we brought several concerns to their attention and nothing was done. The CNA are lazy and inattentive. My dad was also abused by a CNA at this place.

On 12/12/2025 my mother broke her femur bone from a fall. We contacted multiple rehab facilities only to be told they didn’t have any beds for her. St Andrews came highly recommended. We transported her on 12/19/2025 to St Andrews Rehab Facility. To ease her anxiety I spent the night with her for 3 nights and most of the daytime. On 12/21, 12/22 and 12/23 we requested stool softeners because she was taking a strong pain med that could possible cause constipation. Our requests were ignored. I brought my mother’s fiber gummies on 12/24. On 12/25 my mother called me at 3:00 am crying and screaming in pain begging me to help her. She stated that she had locked bowels and was in excruciating pain she was told to be quiet and go to sleep there was not that they could do to help her and that they were not calling the doctor it was Christmas and they were not bothering him. When I arrived the nurse at the desk refused to help me and the assistant was asleep in the hallway outside my mother’s room. I could hear my mother crying out in pain. I immediately called 911 after I realized no one was going to help my mother. When the paramedics arrived they put her on a stretcher but before they could leave they needed paperwork. The nurse and the assistant hid from the paramedics delaying my mother from getting help. The paramedic went on the nursing home side to get help from another nurse, she went searching for my mother’s nurse and couldn’t find them. She ended up printing off the paperwork. On 12/25 later in the afternoon my mother was transferred back to the facility. On 12/27 I requested that my mother get some kind of zinc ointment because she was forming a sore on her backside. She finally got A&D ointment. When my mother needed to be cleaned they would use a rough towel that was moistened with water. They would roughly scrub her creating a sore. I always had to hand the cream to the nurse to have it administered otherwise it would not have been used. The nurses would get done wiping my mother’s bottom then touch her blankets with their dirty gloves with fecal matter. Multiple times I had to strip my mother of her blankets because there was fecal matter on them. On 12/28 I noticed my mother’s ankles were extremely swollen. I asked my mother if the doctor looked at her ankles and she stated the doctor only listened to her heart, never checked her incisions or her ankles. I requested the nurse to contact her doctor to get some lasick prescribed. She assured me she would call right away. On 12/29 my brother went out to visit. My mother’s ankles were wrapped with ace bandages instead of compression socks and she was acting lethargic. My brother requested they call an ambulance, the social worker and administrator came to talk to him and they didn’t act too concerned about my mother’s condition. My brother demanded they call the ambulance, the nurse actually told him they were busy and would call when they got finished. My brother had to yell at them, they finally called an ambulance. The same paramedics showed up from the previous week. They advised my brother not to bring her back. My mother has spent the past three days in the hospital recovering from this ordeal. If this REHAB facility had qualified nurses and doctors all of this could have been prevented. My mother went to their REHAB facility not their nursing home. Her intentions were to return to her home to be self sufficient and all this REHAB facility did was set her back weeks. I am afraid that if I didn’t spend as much time as I did at this facility my mother would have been much worse.

Absolutely loved this place since day one<br>However when my grandmother passed I have never once heard from anyone that works at the facility not an I’m sorry nothing it’s like she died and then that was that bye!<br>Which is such ashamed as I really really loved everything about this place till the end!

Loving caring environment. Great with communication between family and resident. Every person there, regardless of position and a pleasant and helpful
