We were dealing with increasing memory issues and it got to the point where leaving someone alone for stretches just wasn’t safe. Senior Home Health Caregivers helped us set up dementia care that actually matches what’s going on day to day, not a one-size plan. The caregiver keeps things calm, redirects when agitation starts, and stays on top of meals, basic hygiene, and simple routines that prevent confusion later. What I appreciate most is the communication when something changes, like sleep being off or appetite dropping, so we can adjust before it turns into a bigger problem. It’s also been a relief having coverage options when we need respite care, because this isn’t something a family can do nonstop. Things feel more stable now and the house is a lot less tense.

We brought in Senior Home Health Caregivers specifically for companion care for my aunt who lives alone. She's still pretty independent but the isolation was getting to her, and having someone come by regularly has made a noticeable difference in her mood. The caregiver helps with light things around the house but mostly just provides real human company, conversation, someone to share meals with. My aunt mentions her by name now like she's a friend, not a hired helper.

looked into a bunch of options around Ballwin before settling on Senior Home Health Caregivers. glad we did. the intake process was smooth, they asked good questions about my mom's needs. caregiver showed up on time from day one and my mom actually warmed up to her fast which doesnt happen easily. solid experience all around

They provide dementia care for my grandmother and the difference has been noticeable. She calmer, eating more regularly, and the caregiver knows how to redirect her when she gets confused without making it a big deal. The team in Chesterfield has been solid about keeping the same person on her schedule which helps a lot

We were so nervous about finding someone who could care for my mom at home, especially since she was recovering from surgery. Senior Home Health Caregivers were wonderful. They set everything up smoothly, arranged for a caregiver to come daily, and even helped with her physical therapy. Their communication was clear throughout, and they made sure we understood what to expect. The caregiver they sent was incredibly kind and professional. My mom felt supported, and it made such a difference in her full recovery. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable care for a loved one.
