This is THE premier property for retirees with money ! A full care facility with golf courses, fishing ponds, access to the gulf and multiple good eating venues. It's got everything you need, and more. Located on the southwestern end of Summerlin , just a couple miles before the Sanibel Island causeway .

My mother recently moved into the Springs at Shell Point. The staff was wonderful. The food was good. The two-room unit was very nice. Overall the facility is in good shape. They are undergoing a significant expansion which includes additional units and an arts center. When complete, it should be an exceptional assisted living facility.
